Job Requirements

• Degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experiences in Food Manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Have creative and innovative approaches to marketing.
• Have knowledge of Graphic design, web development and video editing an advantage
• Team player who possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Multilingual content capability is preferred

Job Description & Requirements

*Order processing, Purchase Processing, invoicing.

*Manages Inventory of company stock and support sales team in preparing quotations.

*Stock reconciliation with system and physical stocks.

*Perform admin and operation duties as and when required.

*Handles call from clients and suppliers.

*ensure correctness of RM, WIP and Finished goods are within tolerable variances.

Requirements:

*Relevant working experience with inventory management.

*Timeliness in following up all upstream and downstream forms.

*Good work attitude and reliable work record.

*Team player with effective written and verbal communication skills

Alternate Saturday work week needed.

for an experienced candidate to fill this position. This job entails the following requirements:-

1. Handles prospects enquiry on product, events and services.

2. Prepares proposals and quotations for all enquiries.

3. Budget, plan and allocate respective resources to meet client demand and updates systems.

4. Assist in event logistic and personnel planning.

5. issues all documents for downstream department for action and follow up.

Requirement :-

1. Two or more years of experience in food related environment.

2. Diploma or degree in business, mass comm , food science, nutrition.

3. Flexible working hours and work days.

4. After jon confirmation can have WFH hybrid work arrangement.
