Along the way, you will need to follow up with the following :
· Produce concept design, space planning and presentation
· Capable to produce tender documentation and detail drawings
· Ensure project complies with design specifications and building regulations
· Attend client meetings and conduct your own presentation to sell your concept
· Outspoken, persuasive & influential to acquire best value from vendors
Skills & Experience
· Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must
· At least 5 year of working experience in Corporate Office Interior Design.
· Must have strong commands of technical and construction knowledge and drawing
· Strong design leadership, independent and strong in client management
· Able to manage a team, mentoring and conduct training to junior designers.
· Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
