* DEPLOYMENT OF WORKERS AND SUPERVISORS AT VARIOUS SITE;
* ACCOUNT FOR THE PROFITABILITY OF THE SITE ALLOCATED;
* ENSURE THAT THE JOB PROGRESS IS IN LINE WITH THE SITE SCHEDULE;
* PROVIDE TRAINING TO NEW WORKERS ESPECIALLY ON THE SAFETY AT THE SITE PER MOM REQUIREMENTS;
* PROCESS GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS;
* SUBMIT SITE PROGRESS REPORT AND RESOLVE SITE PROBLEMS, IF ANY;
* GOOD LEADERSHIP SKILLS TO LEAD AND IDENTIFY INDIVIDUAL STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES AND DEVELOP AND MAXIMISE THEIR POTENTIAL;
* SUBMIT VARIATION ORDER FOR ADDITIONAL WORK WHEN REQUIRED;
* ENSURE THAT FUND INFLOW AND OUTFLOW ARE IN POSITIVE.
