Position Overview:
Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Communications Team Lead to join their team in Singapore. In this role, you will utilise your strong writing skills to develop and implement effective communication strategies for our client. You will lead a team of communication professionals and work closely with senior management and various departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive internal communications strategy.
- Craft messages for employees as well as key stakeholders and investors.
- Develop content on topics to encourage sustainability and promote the company's core mission and values.
- Manage annual budget for internal communications activities and projects.
- Supervise and manage a team of internal communications specialists.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English or communications with strong writing skills.
- Prior experience in Public Relations and/or Journalism will be a plus.
- At least 12 years of internal communications experience, across the region, for a MNC.
