Awards Designer cum Project Servicing
Brief Description is as below:
A challenging job which requires creativity in coming up with iconic designs for new clients as well as servicing our existing clients from proposal to fulfilment stage.
This will be your main role on a daily basis with new & existing clients on their projects. You do not need to look for clients or canvas for sales, just service them when the enquiries come in.
And occasionally on a need to basis to help create our marketing brochures, update our facebook & such.

Responsibilities
As we have a wide range of products since we first started in 1975, there are a lot of options to work on for customization.
Once the sales enquiry is in, you will do the budget design proposals. After that the client selects and accepts one of these designs, an order will be raised for the client to accept.
Do up the artwork design with the categories and winner names for our inhouse printing, & arrange to send it out on the event date.
Do the paperwork like invoicing cum DO and arrange for delivery with Lalamove for Singapore and DHL, or Fedex for overseas under the client's account.
Once payment is collected, the case is considered closed, until next year when they want to repeat the order again.
We have streamlined our whole job process and there are standard templates to be used. So if you follow our SOP, everything should flow smoothly and not be a problem.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Skills in using vector graphic software or 3D software is a must to make proposals to client.
Able to work as a team player and to follow our standard SOP instructions well is also a requirement from you.
