Job Profile:

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, the incumbent shall be involved in the day-to-day activities of the warehouse operations:

• Assist the team to achieve timely collection and delivery of goods to clients.
• Assist in daily activities (receiving, releasing, picking and packing).
• Assist in documentation (commercial invoice, packing list and delivery order).
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse.

Job Specification:

• Possesses a GCE ‘N’ Levels/ITE qualification.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience in warehousing environment.
• Basic communication and computer literacy.
• Responsible, possess initiative and independent.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, where necessary.
• Preferably Singapore Citizens and PRs, due to work pass restrictions.

Job Summary:

Support in the daily business operations for drop shipment activities, including packing and preparation of delivery of pharmaceutical products for orders. Assist in drug stock management activities.

Core Responsibilities:

· Support and assist the pharmacist in facilitating the activities of the Pacific Biosciences.

· Perform stock receipt into inventory, ensuring correct quantities, batch numbers and expiry dates are entered.

· Sorts and stocks incoming pharmaceutical products & medical devices, ensuring proper storage and handling of inventory.

· Check all prepared products to ensure that they adhere to quality control and labelling requirements.

· Maintain records related to the preparation of pharmaceutical products & medical devices, including controlled drugs (if applicable).

· Assist in providing client with information including email enquiries on clients’ orders.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent

· Organised, meticulous and pay attention to details.

· No experience needed , on the job training provided

Job Summary:

• Assist in the implementation of quality assurance and quality improvement projects and activities to meet the Good Distribution Practice and Good Distribution Practice Medical Device Singapore (GDP & GDPMDS) standard
• Assist in internal audits, record checking and implementation of post-audit corrective actions
• Support in preparing document, forms, chart and SOPs.
• Assist pharmacists in product recalls
• Assist in inventory management of pharmaceutical and nonpharmaceutical products
• Ensure proper storage and handling of drug stock
• Highlight equipment failures and unusual activities to pharmacists/supervisors
• Maintain the proper functioning of facilities
• Suggest improvements to workflows and procedures
• To carry out any additional job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector or Quality Management Systems specific to Good Distribution Practices (GDP or GDPMDS) preferred
• Organised, meticulous and pay attention to details.

Data Management:

· Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information.

· Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Inventory Management:

· Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability.

· Coordinate with the procurement or production team to meet customer demands.

Communication:

· Maintain effective communication channels between various departments, ensuring seamless coordination.

· Communicate changes in pricing, product availability, or promotions to the customers

Other Responsibilities:

· Be open to taking on ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by the department head or supervisor.

Skills/Qualifications required.

• Singapore or PR only
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in sales support or customer service
• More experienced candidates can be considered an assistant manager or supervisory level
• Min. GCE ‘O’ Level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), SAP knowledge is a plus
• Willing to work in our Jurong Office
