We are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join our team working for one of the largest HVAC Company located in North area. The company designs, fabricates and installs air con ducting for commercial.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction costs and contracts, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Role:
Take responsibility for a number of projects
Understanding of technical drawings
Produce reports as and when required
Basic knowledge and awareness of contracts
Be responsible for the collection of retention
Liaise with client / suppliers as necessary
To assist and work closely with the team
The ideal candidate must be a good team player, highly motivated and enjoy working in a fast paced working environment
Salary - Negotiable (to be discussed at interview stage)
