As a Marketing Business Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth operation of marketing initiatives within our organization. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the marketing team, ensuring efficient workflow, and contributing to the achievement of marketing objectives. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to details, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with marketing managers to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support marketing projects as needed.
Data Management and Analysis:
- Generate reports and provide analysis which includes but is not limited to pre and post marketing campaign metrics.
- Assist in market research activities to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights.
Content Development and Distribution:
- Assist in management of company’s digital assets, which includes support on content creation, development of marketing materials, copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
- Coordinate the distribution of marketing collateral across various channels, including digital platforms, events, and print media.
Event and Trade Show Support:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and trade shows
- Manage logistics, booth setup, and promotional activities to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
Budget Management:
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and processing invoices.
- Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines and recommend cost-effective solutions where applicable.
Marketing-Related Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the marketing team.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Previous experience in event coordination or project management is a plus.
