1. Prepare the letter of award and negotiation with sub-contractor regarding the contract sum.
2. Prepare monthly progress claim and payment response.
3. Liaise with site engineer/PM to check the VO and status of progress of work.
4. Liaise with site engineer/PM to arrange and order the machinery/ material to site.
5. Prepare quotations for VO and tabulate all the supporting documents.
6. Attend site meeting of discussion about the VO.
7. Prepare project monthly expenses, monitor budget and keep track of direct cost on projects.

1. Prepare the final account. Close out financial account and retention release.
