Pega is looking for a self-motivated, proactive and driven Manager, Technical Enablement Delivery and Business development. You will be responsible for driving client and partner enablement conversations within the APAC region. This includes business development initiatives, working closely with the instructor led training and curriculum development teams to ensure that we are offering dynamic and innovative solutions to meet our ecosystems enablement needs. You will design and execute a regional business plan to achieve your key revenue target through development or strategies, programs, initiatives and solutions to effectively assist our internal sales/ delivery teams and partners.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Develop and execute strategies to sell Pega technical training and certification programs to new and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and how Pega training can enhance their team’s skills and performance.
Work closely with the Pega training team to stay updated on course offerings, certification updates, and new training methodologies.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify leads, develop sales collateral, and participate in industry events to promote training offerings.
Conduct training needs assessments with clients to recommend customized training solutions, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and Pega’s capabilities.
Monitor training sales performance, generating reports and insights to inform future sales strategies and training development.
Provide feedback to the curriculum development team on market needs and trends to aid in the creation of relevant and impactful training content.
Ensure a seamless customer journey from training inquiry through to post-training evaluation, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Who You Are:
You are an expert relationship builder and develop strategic partnerships that generate mutually beneficial outcomes for the technical training team and clients/ partners.
You understand and can evangelise the benefits of enablement to close incoming leads and source new leads from other GTM teams and effective marketing of our offering. In addition you are a thought leader in our industry and understand the needs of customers who are embarking on their digital transformation journey.
Also, you excel at collaborating with multiple stakeholders to produce solutions that include sales assets such as customer presentations, course material, brochures etc.
It would be advantageous if you have experience within technical training and enablement, understanding what solutions would be appropriate to sell to the wider partner/client ecosystem
The ideal person would have an understanding our (Pega) solutions, but if not, comfortable in learning to gain this.

Critical to this position is the ability to collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, leadership, account executives and other alliances executives to effectively create a true win-win outcome.
