Our client, a leading securities firm is looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Management Team Lead to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Business Management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement business strategies in alignment with the firm’s objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in business and project management
