Responsibilities:

• Create new IP matters in an IP Management system i.e. FIP
• Prepare and instruct agents/ translators for new IP filings
• Docketing work
• Coordinate communications between IP managers and agents regarding filings, deadlines, annuities etc.
• Manage IP invoices.
• Send weekly reports to IP managers.
• Review of NDAs.

Requirements :

• Diploma or higher qualification with a minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience.
• Prior working experience in an in-house legal department or IP law firm would be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office application.
• Confident with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of intellectual property (IP) prosecution process/ timelines.
