· Provide 24x7 operational support for all production practices including weekends and holidays for Bank Security Apps

· Ensure system availability 24x7. Perform system Recovery in the event of system incapacity or outages.

· Provide technical expertise to facilitate investigation of complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Skills/Requirement

· Possess strong understanding of technical and subject matter expertise that can be leveraged to identify and resolve issues in a timely fashion.

· Monitor System health check & work towards continuous improvement to prevent system issues by early problem detection. Automate the daily monitoring and manual operations to improve system resiliency and stability.

· Must have 4 years good working experiences as L2 Production or Application Support with strong skillsets of Linux and SQL

· Requirement gathering and design solution for the new projects

· Analyze Business requirements and provide technical solution to the Enhancements with custom solution. Make appropriate recommendations for suggested solutions.

· Perform impact analysis on the existing functionalities due to the new enhancement and document the same

· Completes development/support activities by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms

Skills/Requirement

· Rich Knowledge in the following areas: Creation of DSOs, Infocubes, Process chains etc.

· Experience in working on enhancements from the scratch.

· Experience in working LSA, LSA++ architecture.

· Experience in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP ABAP, SAP Datasphere

· Experience in working 3.x and 7.x dataflows

Responsibilities

· Develop SAP Functional Specification and communicate with developer or external partners.

· Execute projects, setting project deliverables priorities, monitoring, reporting on the process, progress, risk, and result.

· Effectively communicate project status to the project stakeholder on a regular basis.

· Partner with business to ensure their expectations are met and managed.

· Ensure consistent delivery of quality projects and adhere to Project Life Cycle Guideline.

Skills/Requirement

· At least 5+ years of SAP SD working experience in high tech manufacturing/OEM or consumer product environment.

· Specialised in SAP SD Functional, order to cash, credit management is an additional advantage.

· Certified in SAP SD is preferred.

· Basic ABAP debugging knowledge.

· Documentation: functional specification, working instruction, design documentation, testing documentation.

· S/4HANA implementation experiences will be an advantage.

· Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university in Computer Science/Information Technology.
