Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate high standard of patient care
• Perform clinical nursing procedures
• Ensure that the patient's immediate physical and emotional needs are met
• Provide patient educations to the patients and caregivers

Requirement:

• NITEC in Nursing
• At least 1-2 years of experience
• With valid Singapore Nursing Board license
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care and supports to patients.
• Assess clinical conditions and vital signs of the patients
• Plan and implement patient care accordingly
• Medication administration
• Ensure patients' comfort and safety
• Update patient's conditions to next of kin
• Ensure quality and infection control taken.
• Guide junior nurses when needed.

Requirements

• Registered with SNB
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Nursing
• Experience in community nursing and/or palliative care is preferred
• Able to perform shift duties.
• Possesses good communication skills and a good team player
