Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Logistics Specialist.

JOB SUMMARY

Manage Service Parts and Accessories order and supply within and outside Asia Pacific regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Order management: to ensure smooth order receiving and processing
• Supply Operation such as Handle enquiries from Distributors
• Liaise with forwarders and suppliers on shipments arrangement
• Handling of shipment documentation, e.g Invoice, Packing list, Bill of Lading etc to ensure smooth custom & clearance by importers
• Handling of warranty claims, short mispacking report and logistics quality problem report
• Handles SAP Payment of supplier and buyer invoices
• Prepare monthly report to report on KPI results

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Marketing/Economics/Finance/Business
• 1 - 2 years of working experience in similar job scope
• Effective verbal and written communication skill
• Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills
• Self -Starter, well -organized & have a flair for numbers
• Eager & fast to learn, open minded for feedback and improvement
• Highly competent with MS Office (Power Point, especially Excel, Access)
• Power BI will be an added advantage
• A team player with strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, mature, self-discipline with good time management
• Willing to travel to Asia as and when required by business

Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of HR Specialist.

JOB SUMMARY

The successful candidate will be tasked to handle the full suite of recruitment function from sourcing, hiring to orientation and confirmation appraisals. Additionally, he or she will also be in charge of on-boardment, welfare and benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements- Support hiring activities such as internal & external advertisement
• Perform 1st selection of candidates by shortlisting and screening of candidates
• Coordinate and facilitate face to face interview between candidates and hiring managers
• Recommend salary proposals
• Plan & drive ad-hoc HR events like career fairs, recruitment talks, etc

Staff Welfare and Benefits

• Provide support in the planning, implementation, and administration of staff welfare and benefits
• Plan and organize HR initiatives and staff welfare activities
• Manage and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance to labour laws

Diversity Equality & Inclusion(DE&I)

• Work with Regional HR to drive and execute DE&I initiatives and activities

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Business or Human Resources with at least 1 year of HR experience
• Fresh Graduates with internship experiences are welcome
• Good Project management skill, strong coordination, creative and innovative thinking
• Confident to work and communicate with all levels of personnel, from entry level to top management
• Strong Computer knowledge in excel, power-point and automation tool
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A self-starter as well as a good team player who is able to work independently
• Adaptable, flexible and comfortable to work in a Japanese company with a multicultural environment
