KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Highly motivated and experienced BIM Manager to play a crucial role in driving the implementation and management of BIM processes and technologies throughout project. The candidate possesses a strong understanding and knowledge of BIM principles, workflows, and software, along with proven leadership skills and a collaborative approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage BIM implementation on assigned projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, industry best practices, and company standards.
• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), outlining projectspecific BIM uses, workflows, and responsibilities.
• Oversee model development and coordination, ensuring model quality, accuracy, and compliance with BEPs.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration and resolving clashes and conflicts.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM software, workflows, and best practices.
• Develop and deliver BIM training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of company-wide BIM standards, templates, and libraries.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in BIM technologies and methodologies.
• Champion the use of BIM to improve project efficiency, quality, and communication.
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Manager or Coordinator, with a minimum of 8 years experience in the AEC industry.
• buildingSMART Singapore, DDM LEAD (Tier 2) accreditation or equivalent BIM certification.
• Proficiency in BIM authoring and analysis software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of BIM principles, workflows, and standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

BONUS CRITERIA :

• Experience with other BIM-related software such as Solibri, Dynamo, and Grasshopper.
• Familiarity with different BIM uses such as 4D scheduling, 5D cost estimation, and facilities management.
• Experience in implementing and managing Autodesk ACC or other

• Arrange costing data and input into the proposal formats required by the tender documentation.
• Organize and verify tender bids against estimates to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate within the Estimating Team and provide updates to the Estimating Manager or Project Manager.
• Collaborate with Discipline Estimators and Engineers to ensure it meets the project demands.
• Senior position performs as a consultant to other Junior Estimators and key members of the project team.
• Maintains Company Pricing Databases.
• Liaise and work effectively with team members with regards to estimating and tendering.
• Arrange and collaborate closely with other departments at the RBU level, such as the engineering, procurement, and commercial divisions.
• Adheres to Corporate Policies and Guidelines.

• Must have analytical and problem-solving skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or any associated degree
• Minimum 10 to 15 years relevant working experience in contract negotiation, management and/ or administration
• Willing to be relocated to Madagascar
• Excellent project skills, good communication & interpersonal skills
