Objective of the Role:

• The Billing Executive will ensure the consistent operations of all billing related functions, to include timely and accurate month end close.
• You will work with Branch Managers/other department to identify revenue and profit opportunities/risks.

The Role:

• Responsible for billing jobs from agreed tariffs.
• Suppliers are paid timely to prevent service interruptions and late fees.
• Accurate coding and processing of supplier invoices.
• Monthly reconciliations of supplier statements.
• Reporting and other ad hoc duties as required.

What Do You Need to Have?

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or a Diploma in Accounting or Finance, or any related discipline.
• Incumbents must possess at least 3 to 5 years of billing operations working experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to act with discretion, tact, and professionalism in all situations.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time appropriately.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Intermediate Excel skills a must. Advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Must be organized, dedicated, and possess excellent communication skills.
• Must have a desire to learn, work independently, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

The Role:

• Become a trusted expert on the Company's Premium Performance Apparel products (Golf products).
• Engage with mall visitors and retail customers, providing exceptional service, answering questions, and offering product recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
• Proactively approach potential customers, demonstrate product features, and drive sales through effective product knowledge and communication.
• Maintain visually appealing product displays and ensure that the Company's Premium Performance Apparel sections of the store are well-organized and stocked.
• Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to educate customers on the benefits and features of Company's Premium Apparel products (Golf products).
• Monitor product inventory levels, place replenishment orders as needed, and ensure accurate tracking of stock.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and marketing campaigns to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to management on customer preferences, product trends, and potential improvements.
• Collaborate with the retail store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive and cohesive work environment.
• Maintain display stands cleanliness, products and POP pricing.
• Report on competitors’ Monthly Sales and Promotion events.

What Do You Need to Have?

• Candidate with 1 to 2 years of retail working experiences selling golf products and/or apparels will be an added advantage.
• Passion for golf and a deep knowledge of Premium Performance Apparel products.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• A professional and well-groomed appearance.

Objective:

• You will provide office administrative support with various tasks including data entry, report generation, purchasing, filing, receptionist duty, etc. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in office applications.

The Role:

• Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, filing documents, ordering office supplies, pick up phone calls & walk in enquiries, assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, overtime computation etc), response to daily emails, etc.
• Perform data entry tasks such as entering financial transactions into accounting software.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Follow up with customers for payments promptly.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned.

What Do You Need to Have?

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess high initiative with good interpersonal and communication skills.
