We are PDR, one of China’s most established recruiting and staffing companies. As part of our global expansion, we are now seeking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our Singapore business.
Job Scope
- Client development & Relationship Management: Identify and build partnerships with clients, especially in key target industries. Maintain and strengthen client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and providing high-quality recruitment services to ensure long-term cooperation and achieve client retention goals.
- Job Analysis & Talent Sourcing: Collaborate with clients to analyze mid-to-senior-level roles and create attractive job descriptions. Source candidates using various channels, including databases, referrals, and proactive headhunting, to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline.
- Candidate Communication & Evaluation: Engage with candidates to understand their career goals and evaluate their skills, experience, and suitability. Provide clients with detailed assessment reports to support hiring decisions.
- Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including candidate recommendations, interview scheduling, negotiations, and onboarding, ensuring smooth operations and timely placements.
- Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work with team members to meet project goals and participate in training and knowledge-sharing activities to drive team growth.
- Market Research & Insights: Analyze industry trends, provide market intelligence, and offer talent strategy consulting to enhance the company’s professional reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional-level proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese clients in the region and operate Chinese-language applications.
- At least 4 years of experience in recruitment or executive search within an agency environment, with a well-established network of client relationships.
- Familiarity with the Chinese HR market and proven ability to cater to the needs of Chinese clients effectively.
- Strong business acumen and drive to identify growth opportunities, proactively hunt for new logos, and establish new client partnerships.
- Proficiency in using diverse sourcing methods, including headhunting, referrals, and databases, to deliver high-quality candidates.
- Strong interpersonal skills and end-to-end recruitment expertise, including evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding processes.
