To develop new prospects and manage existing customers in the enterprise and carrier market segments with a strong focus on driving revenue growth across PLDT Group’s telecom services , data center solutions, Cloud, IOT and other available digital platforms.
At least 5 years experience of solution selling and strategic dealmaking in the B2B Telecommunications and / or Data Center Sectors.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Possesses in-depth working knowledge of all enterprise products and services.
- In-depth working knowledge of the telecom , data center and ICT business processes within the country of assignment and Philippines, particularly PGC and PLDT ; must have thorough knowledge of telecoms and data center processes related to solutions design, service provisioning, billing, dispute resolution, and internal performance monitoring and reporting.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Understanding the services provided by the industry; the trends, practices, laws, regulations; opportunities and threats confronting the industry.
- Knowledge and skills in choosing the market; analyzing financial statements and their implications; developing strategic solutions to the major business concerns of the organization; measuring and forecasting the impact of business decisions. Self-starter, proactive and committed to excellence and high standard.
- Able to communicate technical/non-technical ideas clearly in writing and orally; Able to make successful presentations to individual and/or groups at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent problem resolution, consultative sales skills, and interpersonal skills.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional societies.
