We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless customer experience. If you thrive on problem-solving and enjoy helping others, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, physically and chat promptly and professionally.
- Resolve issues by providing accurate information or escalating as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and efficient resolutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Meet performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Multitasking and organizational skills.
Able to speak English/Chinese as you are require to communicate with technical team and support team.
5.5 days work week.
