· We are expanding and is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

You Must Enjoy
· Performing installation, commissioning and training of instruments at customer laboratories.
· Responding promptly to service call, provide accurate diagnosis, repair, generate service report and maximise the uptime of our customer equipment.
· Ensuring customers have great experience and expanding good relationships with our suppliers.
· Achieving challenging sales goals together with our Sales Team.
You would need to have
· Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is preferred; other discipline such as Materials Engineering can be considered.
· Minimum of 2 years working experience in the relevant industry or capacity. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
· Able to work independently & in team, self-discipline & self-motivated, commitment & passionate about serving others, and a bright & positive attitude with good communication & people skills.
· Entrepreneurship attribute and willingness to work in small start-up.
