We are a boutique food products company specialised in foods that are truly healthy, natural/organic and delicious. We own brands and distribute our products to supermarkets, pharmacies, speciality retail shops and up-market F&B establishments.
We are a well-established small company with speciality, stability and steady growth. The owner of the business is seeking an experienced, professional and dependable individual to take the helm of the company’s day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage warehouse allocation, product movement and operation safety.
- Coordinate shipments from overseas with supplier, shipping line, local handler for customs clearance and delivery.
- Manage unstuffing and storage timely and safely.
- Optimise the use of warehouse space while ensuring that FIFO of all goods.
- Manage daily fulfilment activities such as inventory issue, packing and delivery schedule.
- Response to customer queries; address fulfilment issues for full resolution and services recovery.
- Support marketing events.
- Ensure documentation and record-keeping are accurate and complete.
- Perform timely and accurate inventory count.
- Ensure all operations are carried out with full compliance of Government rules and regulations; quality and safety standards.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
- Perform related job responsibilities as assigned.
- Undertake specific projects as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from recognised institution.
- Preferably a minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience in one or more of the following functional areas: food products manufacturing, food products distribution, FMCS operations, merchandising, sales/marketing, food services, logistic / warehousing.
- Physically fit as our products are heavy in nature.
- Must be able to demonstration being a hands-on person.
- Being adaptive and flexible.
- Able to multi-skilled, multi-tasking and prioritising.
- Driven for personal growth and achievement.
