Tasks:

• Support the PR department in achieving key business objectives for Porsche Asia Pacific
• Build business relationships and collaborate with 13 different markets in the Asia Pacific region
• Assist the PR & Communications department with the planning and execution of regional Porsche events and campaigns while tracking event coverage and creating post-event reports as required
• Ensure accuracy and CI-compliance for press materials and communications
• Manage the Porsche Press Database and dissemination of corporate press releases
• Track and analyse monthly social media & media monitoring reports
• Monitor news and highlight critical topics when required
• Handle enquiries and interview requests from the media
• Support the team with procurement tasks and management of the PR budget

• Currently studying Business, Marketing, Communications, Arts or any other relevant fields
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong organisation skills, ability to handle complex situations a plus
• Intercultural understanding, quality and excellence-oriented
• Team player who is also able to work independently
• Past internship experience preferred
• Full-time commitment (5 working days per week) preferred

• Support the Head of PR & Communications with executing PR and Communications strategy for the PAP region (Product and Corporate) based on guidelines from Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG (“PAG”) 
• Support all PR and Communications activities within the PAP region, with an additional focus on executing media-related activities for Singapore’s importer/ retail operations (Product and Corporate) based on guidelines from PAG
• Contribute to ESG-related communications for internal and external stakeholders across the region
• Help manage localised Organic Social Media communication strategy and content for the PAP region, focusing on Singapore importer/retail operations
• Assist in the regionalisation of PAG communications content and assets, for media distribution and amplification in the PAP region
• Coordinate press cars usage in tandem with PR agency and editorial content on relevant channels in the PAP region, and support press assets (press releases, press kits, visuals) creation  

• Currently studying Business, Marketing, Communications, or any other relevant fields
