1. Responsible for the daily financial work of Singapore and overseas subsidiaries, communication and coordination with local functional departments, docking and coordination with various functional departments of the headquarters, assisting the general manager of the subsidiary in the daily management of the subsidiary, and being fully responsible for the overseas subsidiaries financial accounting and management work;
2. Understand the local economy, laws and various tax policies, provide services for economic decision-making, and be responsible for tax declarations;
3. Responsible to the general manager of the foreign subsidiary and the financial director of the parent company;
4. Regularly provide various financial statements and management reports, financial analysis reports, etc. as required by the headquarters;
5. Other work assigned by superiors.
6. According to the company's business needs, you can frequently travel to China, Vietnam and other places.
Job requirements:
1. Educational qualifications and professional title requirements: Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance or related majors;
2. Work experience: Familiar with international accounting standards and Chinese Enterprise Accounting Standards, with more than 5 years of financial and taxation work experience;
3. Management experience: more than 3 years of financial management work experience and financing experience;
4. Knowledge reserve: Have comprehensive domestic financial expertise and be proficient in foreign-related financial and taxation legal norms, guidelines and policies;
5. Work attitude: Be proactive, careful, cautious and responsible. Interested in engaging in foreign-related financial and taxation services;
6. Personal abilities: strong learning ability, logical thinking ability, stress resistance, and self-discipline;
7. Foreign language ability: bilingual，good in listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to communicate with financial personnel of overseas subsidiaries, and able to understand both English and Chinese financial statements and related information.
