Responsibilities

• Assist in managing advertising and digital channels such as websites, social media and search engines
• Conceptualize, develop design concepts, videos and graphics for marketing collaterals according to brand guidelines
• Responsible for videos, story board, design and concepts
• Enhance visual design brief by gathering information, data through research on competitors and market trends
• Support management team in conceptualising and delivering marketing plans and designs
• Contribute ideas and execute them to grow business volumes
• Ensure design consistency across all marketing collaterals are according to brand guidelines and is error-free
• Manage and maintain graphic files and brand assets, including photos and videos

Job Requirements

• Able to work independently or as a team
• Willing to learn
• Experienced in video editing, copy writing and design
• Creative and meticulous with an eye for detail
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in Windows operating system and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro), Wordpress, Microsoft Office, SEO/SEM
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Ability to create digital content through short videos, GIF’s and equipped with knowledge of HTML/CSS or WordPress content creation
• To be based between Ubi - Automobile Megamart and Benoi Place

- Engage potential customers promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation

- Understand who our guests are, what brought them to Prime Taxi, their intent and timeline to purchase, thus creating a robust Customer Profile.

- Educate and excite guest by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience base upon their interest.

- Prepare vehicles and host delivery appointments, including new owner orientation tailored to the individual customer’s need and comfort level

- 5 day work week

- Polytechnic Diploma will be an advantage.

- Handle daily administration tasks such as collection / dispatch of mails & documents.

- To assist with the uploading of documents to image depository system.- To assist with archiving and warehousing of documents.

- To assist with ad-hoc matters

- Meticulous and organised person who has a good eye for details.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good team player.

- Possess good PC skills ie. Word & Excel.

1. Prepare invoices and send to clients in a timely manner.

2. Make payment to suppliers in atimely manner.

3. Aministrative work: Consolidating of rates and charges

4. Tracking of Statement of Accounts and update client for any outstanding invoices

5. Prepare reconciliation.

6. Able to read & write Chinese.

7. Keen to learn.

8. Able to follow instructions.

9. Meticulous.

10. Knowledge of UBS is an advantage.
