Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience in panel beat of the vehicle.
• Perform accurate estimates (cost,time,effort) for accident repair for panel beat
• Able to conduct routine maintenace work.
• Perform check & ensure the quality of the jobs
• Able works independent with minimal supervision
• High motivated & hard working
• Maintenence the equiment of the workshop.
• Minimum 2 years experinces in vehicle panel beating

Job Description :

• Responsible for maintaining a full set account (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account and bank reconciliation, fixed assets etc.)
• File Quarterly GST return
• Reporting to the Manager, follow-up and work closely with various department stakeholders on project or others
• Inventory management (Costing, Month-end reconciliation)
• Perform month end closing, monthly reconciliations for financial reporting
• To provide backup support to assist in other functions of the accounting team
• Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor on a time-to-time basis
• Liaise with bankers, external auditors and company secretary for all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Pay employee's claims by verifying claims applications and receipts
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Accounting and Finance Manager

Requirement :

• Higher certificate or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience
• Able to commit 5.5 days work per week
• Willingness to learn, flexibility and commitment to work
• Independant and positive attitude
• Team player with good communication skills
