Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to Chairman and guests, ensuring all needs and requests are met promptly and professionally.
- Manage daily household operations, including coordinating schedules, supervising household staff, and overseeing activities.
- Handle wardrobe management, including packing, unpacking, and garment care.
- Oversee floral arrangements, and event planning for private dinners or gatherings.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and maintenance of household supplies.
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers as required.
- Provide valet services, including polishing shoes, maintaining accessories, and organizing personal belongings.
- Undertake chauffeuring duties as and when required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hotel experience is preferred; prior butler experience is not necessary.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality on the family’s matters.
- Able to work on weekend and public holidays.
