What you'll be doing

• Provide expert interior design consultations and presentations to prospective clients
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and translate them into innovative and functional interior solutions
• Develop detailed design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualisations to bring clients' visions to life
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial client meetings to final installations
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Attend site visits and liaise with contractors to oversee the implementation of design plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends, materials, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Sales Interior Designer or a similar role.
• No experience are welcome to apply
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and 3D visualisation software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality projects
• Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
• Familiarity with project management practices and the ability to multitask effectively

• Create visual content for social media platforms, such as IG, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, TikTok
• Manage high volume of social media contents
• Handle enquiries from clients
• Strategise with marketing team to come up with interesting marketing campaigns
• Work with external parties to create contents that align with the company’s marketing strategy

Responbilities :

• Handle sales inquiries, building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and desires.
• Transform client requirements into innovative and creative conceptual designs that stand out.
• Present 3D perspective drawings to clients, effectively pitching complete design solutions.
• Provide accurate and detailed quotations to clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal and outsourced drafters and 3D designers to bring concepts to life.
• Schedule and strategize project timelines efficiently and promptly, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct on-site inspections to guarantee high-quality workmanship

Requirements :

• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
• Proficiency in illustration, AutoCAD, or SketchUp is preferred but not compulsory.
• IInitiative and eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
