General Summary of Responsibilities:

• Heads a Property Management Sub Team.
• Responsible to the Director (Ops) for the business result of the Team.
• Undertake continued development of the Team in accordance with the approved business plan.
• Source business for the company / division generally by client contact, networking as well as general promotion of PFS services.
• Undertake training and development of the people within the Team and promote an on-going career path for them within PFS.
• Provide leadership, managerial direction and personal encouragement to all employees within the Team, including guidance on all property management procedures.
• Responsible for the efficacy of complaints management within the Team.
• Liaise with existing building owners on property management performance, including the use of tenant and client surveys.
• Prepare agendas, minutes recording and convene and attend all Council meetings and Annual General Meetings

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Building/ Real Estate Management or other related discipline with minimum 6 years of property management experience; inclusive of at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience in MCST work and knowledge of BMSMA is a must.

Job Description

Assist the Manager in ensuring the smooth operations and effective management for the day-to-day operations of the assigned building
Carry out daily inspection to upkeep the property in good and serviceable conditions

Job Responsibilities

Assist the Condominium Manager in the administrative functions of the assigned estate

Assist in handling and maintaining proper records of feedback or complaints from residents

Manage the booking of estate facilities such as BBQ pits, tennis courts, function room, etc according to House rules, by-laws and SOP

Application of resident access cards

Handles renovation deposits

Other duties assigned as and when required

Requirements

• Assist in the full aspect of payroll processing
• Peform online submission of statutory claims to various Government agencies

HR Administration

• Co-ordinate staff recruitment and deployment
• Assist in the co-ordination of staff welfare and benefits
• Tracking / processing of employment contract renewal
• Co-ordinate staff appraisal process
• Track and perform/renew work pass applications
• Maintain and co-ordinate ad-hoc and annual issuance of technician & corporate tee-shirts/safety shoes
• Maintain and update staff personal file records
• Administer biometric access

Training

• Co-ordinate and conduct induction for new staff

Job Requirements
