Direct Responsibilities

As part of Monitoring & Production Support of Payments, SWIFT and Cash flows, candidate will:

Manage the incidents and crisis communication

- Crisis Management:

• Analyze the criticality of the malfunction and implement the appropriate incident management and communication actions
• Identify and coordinate key actors in order to restore the service. Lead crisis conference call
• Communicate and provide status updates on issues to business users, management team and other stakeholders.

Provide production support

• Respond to the back office Business lines in case of a malfunction in the execution of a flow (internal failure or client failure) and keep them regularly informed in case of an incident.

Take part in the Monitoring and repair of flows

• Perform daily routine check and monitoring global assets (Cash Management layers, SWIFT related components, message files and event logs).
• Ensure the operational end-to-end monitoring using the available tools and procedures.
• Identify gaps in the process with the expected nominal operation.
• Supervise the recurrent maintenance intervention.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

The candidate should demonstrate a combination of technical and functional skills together with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He/she must have a genuine willingness to work in a role where the operation of availability & time-critical systems is routine.

Successful candidate might be required to work in shift and weekend rotation. An understanding that occasionally after hours’ response to problems will be required.

• Experience 3/5 years

Key Responsibilities

▪ Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span across one or multiple lines of business

▪ Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment of one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously

▪ Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives

▪ Assume ownership of topics related to assigned project/s for all relevant tasks, commitments, deliverables, and queries

▪ Coordinate one or more teams through brainstorming concepts, documenting clear project requirements, and delivering quality

▪ Report on project success criteria results, metrics, tests and deployments

▪ Participate in Business Requirements analysis and review

▪ Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project

▪ Act as an internal quality control check for the project

▪ Deliver appropriate and effective operational stakeholders to steering committee stakeholders with the aid of clear, and synthesized presentation decks

▪ Management of post production Go-Live issues to ensure that incidents and problems are addressed efficiently with complete impact analysis and tracked from the time raised to resolution

▪ Contribute to APAC Core Banking IT BAU activities

▪ Maintain and organize sharepoint repository of project and application documents and decks

▪ Organize and preside meetings and prepare concise minutes with tracking of action items

▪ Strong diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations

▪ Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence

▪ Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors through demonstrated communication skills (written, oral, and presentation) with technical / non-technical staff and all levels of management

▪ Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, sponsors, team members, & stakeholders

▪ Ability to work under multiple projects within respective timeframes

▪ Demonstrate ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion

▪ Ability to synthesize complex situations / subjects and to propose solution for complex challenges

▪ Experience in Agile and SCRUM methodologies will be an added advantage

▪ Background in application development process, Agile, Waterfall, JIRA

▪ Tools: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Sharepoint

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related disciplines

Functional experiences in IT Corporate Banking activities and products

Must Have: Experience in Atlas2 Core Banking Tool

Experience range: 15+ years of experience in Financial Services as Project Manager / Analyst

Having manage or contribute significantly in at least a system migration project. Atleast 2+ years of experience in Atlas2
