We are seeking a Partnership Specialist to strengthen our partnerships, coordinate projects, and support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Engagement & Coordination:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of partner-focused programs and initiatives.
- Organize events, workshops, and forums that promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
- Manage program logistics, documentation, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
Operational Support:
- Provide administrative and coordination support for partner-related activities.
- Track project progress, prepare updates, and maintain accurate records for reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between operational activities and organizational goals.
- Support compliance by ensuring activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in partnership management, operations, or project coordination.
- Proficiency in bilingual communications and program delivery.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach.
