We are seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Driver to transport goods to our customers in a timely and safe manner. The successful candidate will ensure that all deliveries are made accurately, on time, and in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive delivery vehicles safely and responsibly, following all traffic laws and regulations.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers' homes or businesses, following assigned routes.
- Load and unload goods carefully, ensuring items are secure and undamaged.
- Confirm delivery schedules and verify orders to ensure accuracy of deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive attitude, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth delivery process.
- Communicate with dispatch or management regarding any delays or issues with deliveries.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 3 driver’s license (with a clean driving record).
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
