We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team. The Site Supervisor's responsibilities include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new construction employees. You should also be able to perform first aid in emergencies. To be successful as a Site Supervisor, you should be detail-oriented and knowledgeable of building codes and construction safety regulations. Ultimately, an outstanding Site Supervisor should be able to interpret building plans as well as demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Site Supervisor Responsibilities: Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors. Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries. Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol. Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance. Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed. Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications. Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.Inspecting construction work. Ensuring workplace safety is in place. Inspecting on construction drawing plan. Responsibilities:

• Plans, schedules, and coordinates projects.
  Manage 3-4 groups of workers.
  Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings.
  Weekly visits site meeting when required
  Possess strong planning, organising, co-ordination, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Monitor project progress and follow up issues based on priority and customer's request
• Ability to converse and written English and Mandarin as you are requires to liaise with clients that speak Mandarin via whatsapp, emails and call.

Responsible for planning and supervising the structural works of building and infrastructure construction, coordinates daily construction activities at the worksite to meet the project's progress and quality goals.

Key tasks of the job include:

• checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly

• preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
• liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
• ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
