We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Clerk to join our team at Qistna Express . In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business development, promoting our services,increase our revenue and supporting our sales and marketing initiatives in the Central Region SG. As an integral part of our sales team, you will play a key role in achieving our growth objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities through various channels
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs and trends
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals to potential travel agents all around Singapore
- Maintaining and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with travel agents and passengers
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall sales strategy
What we're looking for
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in a travel agency, or related
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), aware of Abacus system, and able to learn our own ticketing system
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills in cases involving day to day operations, driver operations, and sales target
- Self-motivated, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with customer relationship and b2b
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
