Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers for the deployment of our storage systems
- Troubleshooting and resolution of issues using remote tools and/or onsite service as required
- Accurate documentation of all activities
- Occasional travel to support regional deployments
Job Requirements:
- IT or Engineering Diploma/Degree holder
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
- Experience in field service & trouble-shooting of storage and data protection equipment would be advantageous
- Familiarity of Linux / Windows servers would be advantageous
- Good IT and communication skills
- Singaporean Citizen/PR
