Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or equivalent business education is a plus.
• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within the e-commerce or digital marketplace sector.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics. Experience with modern e-commerce platforms, APIs, and microservices architecture is essential.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire technology teams, with a track record of driving innovation and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, with a strong understanding of how technology impacts business growth and competitiveness.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Korean language required to be able to converse effectively with IT engineers based in Korea.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure and navigate complex technical challenges.
