Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting our team with essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and Documentation: Prepare and issue invoices and delivery orders accurately and on time.
- Call Management: Answer and handle phone calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Payroll Assistance: Prepare salary vouchers for workers and ensure timely distribution.
- File Management: Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for all company documents, both physical and digital.
- GST Filing: Assist in the preparation and submission of GST returns to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- General Office Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
