Main duties & responsibilities:

1) Picking of stock from ambient, chilled and/or freezer storage locations based on invoices and purchase orders

2) Labelling of goods for delivery with stickers having the importer information, nutrition information, company label and/or expiry date, etc.

3) Packing of the labelled goods for next working day delivery

4) Any other related duties as may reasonably be assigned to you by the supervisor/manager

5.5 days work week & hours of work:

Mondays to Fridays - 09:15am to 6:15pm

Saturdays - 07:15am to 11:15am

Sundays Rest day

Break time One (1) hour

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity and customer service.
• Manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
• Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilites, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery.
• Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirments while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.
• Any other duties as may be reasonably be assigned to you by the Management.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Logistics and Supply Management
• At least 2 years of working experience in similar fields
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise work schedules

Job Description:

• Receiving, inspecting and recording of shipments
• Organizing and maintaining inventory levels
• Issuing of stocks as per requisitions
• Ensuring proper storage and handling of goods
• Keeping track of stock movement and conducting regular inventory check
• Co-ordinating with relevant departments for stocks replenishment
• Picking and packing of stocks

Working Location: Ubi

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• English literate

Job Description:

• Coordinate and monitor local delivery job.
• Prepare Delivery Order and invoices.
• Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order, monitoring the flow of goods.
• Collaborate with Logistics department if there is any route changes
• Assist customer with delivery enquires.
• Perform data entry into Navision system and other databases and ensure department compliance with warehouse operation policies and procedures.
• Assist in AR/AP.
• Other admin tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 1-year of working experience in a warehouse setting or its similar capacity
• Able to learn or use ERP system such as Navision. Experience with Microsoft Navision System will be advantageous
• Able to work in a fast-speed environment
• Able to work in the cold room -20 °C for stock checking
• Able to work overtime
• Willing to take-up ad-hoc duties assigned by the company
