In this role, you will Drive revenue growth for the SEA Issuing Business through ensuring merchant success and growth, partnerships, channels and Corporate distribution opportunities.
Responsibilities we entrust you with:
- Drive GTV, revenue and market penetration through merchants, partnerships and channels (BFSI, Corporates, Platforms etc).
- Drive market penetration through new and innovative payment use cases.
- Develop and execute an issuing strategy for penetrating opportunities by cross sell all Pine labs issuing enablers existing and newly acquired clients.
- Utilise the merchant content available to capture and deepen channel depth across domains (usage, rewards, acquisition, wealth management etc).
- Drive sustained increase in channel SOW by working with merchant teams and by directing them towards preferred merchant content.
- Use the Issuing platform for offering innovative payment and non-payment solutions to large and mid-sized corporates to capture large GTV flows.
- Identify potential use cases to solve “problem statements” of control, visibility, reconciliation etc to enhance market share and revenue.
- Work with program management and tech teams to prioritise features that are required for large opportunity capture.
- Self-manage and deepen strategically important partnerships & relationships.
- Work closely with program management team for timely implementation, escalation management and issue resolution to ensure a great customer experience.
- Track, report and take required actions to achieve the required sales metrices (dashboards).
- Build and maintain an effective relationship with internal & external stakeholders.

- Good understanding of payments ecosystem with experience in the payments business and specific knowledge of close loop opportunities.
- Deep experience in enterprise sales with the ability & gravitas to converse / present to C suite in large corporates.
- Ability to translate product benefits to commercial benefits in order to create a persuasive sale.
- Understanding of platform solutions & technology discussions is a great advantage.
- Good presence and engagement ability with senior stakeholders (Internal & External)
- Good manager with “lead from the front” attitude.
Years of Experience:
• 12 – 16 years of relevant experience in Sales.
