• Providing financial advisory to clients offering wealth management solution including insurance, unit trusts, FX and deposits.
• Take a consultative approach to understand every client's needs and recommending the right solutions to solve their financial problems and achieve financial freedom.
• Cross-selling of full range wealth management products to meet customers’ needs.
• Providing clients with timely information and advice to their financial needs
• To engage customers through branch banking , tele-appointments, customer referrals.
• Cultivate partnerships with segment partners to obtain and provide referrals
• Proactively develop and establish long term relationships with clients and provide good after-sales service to them
• Establish new relationships and manage existing relationship to generate new AUM

Vehicle Operation  

• Operates assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner  
• Provides transportation in a punctual manner  
• The driver will share workload with the other driver(s) across Country Head Singapore & all RHB entities’ assignments
• The driver is expected to work overtime when the Country Head or other assignments (eg Bank events or customer dinners) and is entitled to claims as per RHB HR policies

Vehicle Maintenance

• Keeps the assigned vehicle clean inside and outside      
• Fuels the assigned vehicle  
• Performs minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle as required  
• Maintains accurate, up-to-date records on trip sheets, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested from management    
• Coordinates the schedule for major or periodic vehicle maintenance with management and staff to minimize service interruptions
