School of Applied Science - Project Staff (Career Conversion Programme) [1-year contract]
[What you will be working on]
Administer Career Conversion Programme (CCP) which includes document verification, onboarding processes and disbursement of grant
Provide guidance to companies on application and grant claim processes using various systems
Market CCP through industry engagements with enterprises which includes media profiling / events
Facilitate job matching for job seekers and hiring companies
Work with various stakeholders to establish a sustainability community of practice
Fulfill Audit requirements for administration of CCP
1-year non-renewable contract
[What we are looking for]
Candidates should possess the following:
Relevant qualifications in administration, management or science and technology
Competency in data management, verification and experienced in handling placement related programmes
At least 2 years of relevant industry and/or research experience in areas related to administration of placement related programmes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with people at all levels
Sound planning and organising skills, practical, nimble and responsible
Proficient in IT skills
