Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new business account development expansion and identify business opportunities.
- Conducts sales calls, prepares, and performs company and proposal presentations.
- Leads sales enquiry, understand customer requirement and work with internal technical team to submit project proposal.
- To process and monitor the request for quote process, from enquiry to propose a quotation for management review.
- To formalize the quotation and proposal, submission to customer and follow up.
- Establish rapport, build relationships and constant liaison with customers on future projects.
- To provide sales projection and forecast.
- Interact with internal teams on new project development.
- Establish assembly process instructions and test plans.
- Consolidate assembly process evaluation or test reports for review and control.
- Ensure that parts or components ready for assembly pilot run.
- Ensure that manufacturing process documentation compliance and updated.
- Liase on assembly fixtures, tools and equipment.
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering.
- Min. 3 years of sales experience in plastic injection molding industry.
- Have good written, oral or interpersonal skills.
- Equip with good self-confident when conducting presentation.
- Have proactive negotiating skills with customers & supplier.
- Ability in follow up sales account and maintain sales.
