• "O" Level or equivalent and above;
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office;
• Familiarity with computers, smartphone applications and software;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work in a goal-oriented environment;
• Must be willing to work in retail settings (weekends), 5 days per week;
• Customer orientation;
• On-the-job training provided.
Job Responsibilities
• To provide customer service professionally;
• To address the walk-in applicants’ queries and explain the loan process and procedures on the phone;
• To assist clients with their loan applications;
• To explain the loan contract terms and conditions in detail to clients;
• To perform general administrative and clerical duties;
• To maintain and update clients’ records;
• To handle clients’ complaints and take appropriate action to solve them.
