Roles & Responsibilities
· Primary focus in Southeast Asia markets
· Serve as the main contact for clients on their accounts and investment needs.
· Understanding and keeping updated with clients' needs and circumstances
· Serving as a communication bridge between the firm, custodian banks and the clients
· Developing investment solution customised to each client's unique needs
· Together with the firm's investment team, advised clients on investment products and services to help them make informed decisions.
· Manage client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and follow up to ensure resolution.
· Stay informed on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices to better serve clients.
Job Requirement:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity from a reputable bank
· Bachelor's degree, preferably with majors related to finance and investment
· Team player
· Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution.
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
· Adaptable with a proactive problem-solving approach.
