- Technical support of field service engineers and customers when required
- Evaluating and establishing plastics machinery system performance specifications
- Manage customer specific projects & documents
- Provide technical documentation and training when required
- Product improvement
skills and experience required
- Master / Degree / Diploma in Engineering or relevant qualification
- Minimum 6 years of experience in heavy / laser marking / CNC / plastics injection machinery
- Provide technical support to customers, participate in the development of technical solutions, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
- Solid understanding of market trends and competitor activity in the plastic machinery sector
- Able to travel overseas for work if there is a need to (about 40% global)
