Backed by robust financial support, a music technology company based in Singapore is seeking to fill a newly established role for a hands-on FP&A Manager to join their team.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this role positions you at the forefront of the organization, taking charge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Your responsibilities will be multifaceted, encompassing financial forecasting, the creation of financial models, and active involvement in company budgeting. You'll also lead strategic projects and evaluate variances between expected and actual results, driving improvements. Additionally, a minor portion of your role will involve conducting thorough market research, external fundraising initiatives, and overseeing due diligence for potential acquisitions. Your pivotal role in shaping our long-term financial strategy will involve close collaboration with the management team, and your impactful work will be showcased through compelling presentation materials. Please note that your designation will be commensurated with your level of experience.
Skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should possess a degree along with a minimum of 3 years of FP&A experience in startup/technology/SaaS/fintech company, and prior experiences in M&A/corporate finance. Having prior experience in dashboard setup, data analytics or basic SQL skills would be advantageous. Essential qualities for this role includes strong Excel proficiency, excellent communication skills, an open-minded attitude, and adaptability.
