Job Descriptions:
A. On Admin:
· Ensure smooth daily administration and operation of the clinic
· Provides clinic’s administrative duties at the front counter including answering phone calls, registration,
cashiering and maintaining appointments
· Record and update clinic inventory, ordering of stock
· Administrative duties including maintaining simple filing etc.
· Clinical duties including chaperoning
· Work closely with Operations Manager for administrative and operational matters
B. On Accounts:
· Handle basic accounting tasks such as recording and reconcile transactions, categorize expenses by maintaining
a monthly general ledger journal and closing activities (using Plato patient record system and Xero accounting
software)
· Tracking and collation of accounts payable and accounts receivables, ensuring prompt and accurate accounts,
and bank reconciliations
· Processing vendor invoices and preparing payment through cheques/I-banking
· Liaise with external parties/vendors and communicate via email
· Account receivables and payables
· Manual invoice for insurance and closing of insurance payment
· Request LOG from the insurance provider
· Liaise with outsource Account on P&L report, balance report and other management financial reporting
Job Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in any disciplines
· Minimum 1-2 working experience in any service industry, preferable in healthcare
· Required Skills(s): Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office
· Must work independently with minimum supervision
· Hardworking, organized, meticulous and able to multi-task, dependable, punctual, a team player
· Able to converse with English and Mandarin-speaking patients
· Good customer service skills
· Full time 6 day work week
