• Primary reports to Head, Programmes & Services
• Dual reports to Chief Rare Advocate
Responsibilities
• Engage and assess our beneficiaries and families (those living together) to understand their needs and level of functioning.
• Work with them to set goals and develop case plans to address concerns.
• Implement, review and modify case plans.
• Facilitate access to resources.
• Maintain and submit social reports.
• Reach out to individuals or targeted groups who may benefit from programmes.
• Curate and organise programmes and activities for targeted groups with volunteers.
• Participate in reviewing of programmes and services for our beneficiaries and families.
• Manage a team
Requirements
• 3 years of experience in the role and managing a team
• Bachelor in Social Work
• Be a registered social worker with the Singapore Work Accreditation and Advisory Board
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on organisation’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
