JUNIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Junior Landscape Designer/Architect ’s role is to assist in our range of landscape works and event setups, with the eventual goal of managing and working on projects independently. In addition to assisting in presentations and drawings, their main role is in up-keeping and liaising with clients throughout project progress.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Landscape Architect or other project management related fields.

1. Landscape Design Works

• Assisting in liaising with clients through phonecalls and site visits to understand their needs and design style they are looking for
• Creating moodboards and mockups
• Paper sketch, 3D sketch and drawings of intended landscapes.

2. Project Management

• Assist in Site Visits & Manage Mockup Creations
• Liaise to ensure clients are well updated and satisfied with process
• Management of workers during installation day
• Scheduling maintenance works for clients and up keeping of customer relation post-installation
• Writing reports and meeting minutes

3. Other Management Works

• Assist in Plant Sourcing, Inventory Tracking
• Quotation and Invoicing
• Assist in Proposals and Tenders for new projects
• Keeping track of list of client details

4. Others

• Assist in other scopes and department when necessary within the Rayne or Shine product line - Landscaping, Events and Workshops,

Requirements:

• Strong ability in tidying & organising physical and the digital assets
• Motivated and self driven to seek ways to improve and better our nursery
• Occasional physical assistance needed on-site during installations
• Bonus: Plant knowledge or keen eye for aesthetics
