Job Info:

• Working hours: 3 rotating shift work (3 rest day every 2 weeks)
  - Morning – 7am to 4pm
  - Afternoon – 2pm to 11pm
  - Night – 10.30pm to 7.30am (got night shift allowance at $14/night) Entitled to OT
• Location: CBD Area

Responsibilities:

• The Facilities Techinican ensures that facilities are safe and functional by performing preventive and corrective maintainance activities.
• Conducts technical troubleshoooting for mechanical and electrical issues in compliance with the quality and safety standards, regulations and organizational Workplace safety and Health (WSH) practices.
• Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customer's enquiries, needs and complaints.
• Perform preventive and breakdown techinical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers and electrical control

Requirements:

• 2 years or more related experience in Facilities Management will be an added advantage. -
• No experience is welcome to apply (on job Training) -
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer-centric skills
